Our Story

Youth today are growing up in a world full of noise but short on understanding. Many want to make a difference but don’t know where to begin. Too often, they feel isolated, and spend more time scrolling and reacting instead of connecting and leading.

We believe that when youth come together to ask real questions, listen deeply, and serve others, they rediscover empathy, purpose, and their power to lead change. Through dialogue and action, we help young people grow in confidence, compassion, and community, helping them become the thoughtful, courageous leaders our world needs.

A youth built society empowering youth through meaningful dialogue, service, mentorship, and civic engagement to transform ideas into action and strengthen communities.

Our Impact

Today’s youth are caught in a cycle of digital alienatition and civic disengagement. They are overstimulated, isolated, and uncertain about how to make a difference.

We believe that by bringing them together for deep dialogue, shared service, and mentorship, we can help them reclaim reflection, community, and agency — the foundations of true democratic citizenship.

We build a modern day agora. It's a living community inspired by the ancient Greek gathering place where citizens once met to discuss and shape the common good.

Through our three-part model, we help youth turn conversation into action and insight into leadership:

Dialogue: Monthly Socratic Seminars where youth explore meaningful questions and learn the art of civil discourse.
Service: Monthly volunteer projects that connect seminar themes to real-world impact.
Internship & Mentorship: Every member contributes to NextVox and “pay it forward” by guiding younger students in debate, reflection, and leadership.

The result is a generation that resists digital alienation by choosing presence over distraction, connection over division, and service over apathy.

We’re cultivating a movement of youth who don’t just inherit democracy, but they renew it, one conversation and act of service at a time.
